These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are issued by ad768 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and govern the relationship between ad768 and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ad768 platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, "the Platform").

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ad768 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ad768 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your ad768 account, you must notify the ad768 customer support team immediately. ad768 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
3.3 Account Information Accuracy. You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. 3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ad768 may apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 200 to dormant accounts after prior written notice has been issued to the registered contact details. Where an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ad768 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any outstanding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.2 Currency. All player accounts on ad768 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. ad768 is not responsible for currency conversion losses where applicable.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. 5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after all of the following conditions are met: (a) your KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied; (c) the withdrawal request meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your selected payment method; and (d) no active fraud investigation is pending on your account.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, ad768 will process the withdrawal to a verified alternative method registered in the player's name.
5.3 Processing Times. ad768 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2 to 5 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
5.4 Withdrawal Fees. ad768 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. However, third-party fees imposed by payment processors or banking institutions are the player's responsibility and may be deducted from the transferred amount.
5.5 Right to Verify. ad768 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. This is a compliance and security measure, not a punitive action. Players who decline to provide requested verification documents may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until the matter is resolved.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ad768 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. ad768 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit promotions with minimal risk, and collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, ad768 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the offending account.
6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Only the real-money (cash) component of your ad768 balance is withdrawable. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed. Upon withdrawal request, any unconverted bonus funds remaining in your account will be forfeited.
6.5 Changes to Promotions. ad768 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, ad768 will honour the promotional terms as they existed at the time of the player's opt-in, subject to fraud prevention rights.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by ad768 in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the stated timeframe; (b) the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error; (c) the relevant market is suspended for integrity reasons. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's cash balance.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to momentary suspension during key moments of a live event. ad768 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets submitted during a suspension window will not be accepted. The decision of ad768 regarding the acceptance or rejection of any live bet is final.
7.5 Casino & Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on ad768 utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. 7.6 System Errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and telecommunications failures may affect Platform availability. ad768 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary Platform unavailability.
11.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad768 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
11.3 Maximum Liability. Where ad768 is found to be liable to you under any cause of action, ad768's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the balance held in your ad768 account at the time the relevant claim arose.
11.4 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ad768 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms.
12.1 Data Collection. ad768 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Data Security. ad768 employs industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. This includes 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and restricted internal access to player data.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. 14.3 Escalation. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing ad768's gaming licence. The decision of the relevant regulatory authority shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
